Terms

You have 14 days from receipt of the item to notify us of your withdrawal, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. [PLEASE CHECK: possible exclusion for customized or made-to-order items, Article 59.]

How to make a return

• Please write to info@tesserefineart.com within 14 days of receipt, indicating your order number and product.
• You will receive return instructions. The artwork must be returned intact, in its original packaging or equivalent.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer [TO BE VERIFIED: or the seller].

Reimbursement

The refund, including standard shipping costs, will be made within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may be withheld until the item is received or proof of shipment is provided.

Damaged or non-compliant products

If you receive an item damaged during shipping or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the package and the product. We will replace or refund it at no additional cost.
